How Much is all this going to Cost ?
Our number one asked question: What does an average wedding cost? Because all weddings and events are individualized, it is difficult to give averages per event. However, there are industry standard prices for individual items that you may expect to see at a wedding/reception.

Consultations
To schedule a floral consultation, please call us at: 919.389.1529

When you meet with us, please bring color samples of your attendants' dresses, and if possible, ideas you would like incorporated into your wedding or event plans.

All consultations are by appointment only. This includes follow up consultations and final payment consultations. To schedule your complimentary meeting, you may contact us via phone or through e-mail. Please have first and second choice dates when scheduling your complimentary meeting.

We are available, Monday – Thursday 12:00pm-5:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am - 2:00pm. These are our preferred meeting times, please call for special, evening and week-end scheduling.

All Consultation Meetings are $25.00

Additional consultations or site inspections are available by appointment at the rate of $25.00 each and is payable at the time of service.

Additional purchases will be invoiced at the time of order.

Sample meetings are available upon request (Fees vary by design).

Cancellations may be made three-hours prior to a scheduled consultation. If scheduled consultations are not cancelled prior to the 3-hour window, the consultation fee will not be waived.
Checks should be made payable to Creative Touch Designs.

A $30.00 fee shall be charged for all returned checks.

General Policies

Business is Business!!!
Quotes, contracts and sketches will not be released until your deposit has been received and a date has been reserved. Consultations will still be of charge, however you will not receive any written quotes or sketches from these meetings. You will receive a verbal estimate for the items of interest. Verbal estimates may be used for planning and are approximate.

Changes in your Contract
All changes must be made in writing (ie. flowers, colors, number of items). At that time, any adjustments to the original contract will be made with the requested changes. You will be advised of any price adjustments at that time.

Date changes must also be made in writing. Be advised that balance due dates will be adjusted accordingly. Please contact us prior to any change request for an estimate of the financial effect of such change.

Rentals and Glassware
If any rental item provided by Creative TOUCH is damaged or broken by you or any of your guests, you will be responsible for replacing that item within 30 days of your event.

Lighting
If specialty lighting is to be used for your event, you are responsible for making sure the venue has the proper ampage to power such lighting. Creative TOUCH shall not be held responsible for circumstances caused by inappropriate power supply.

Our Products

Fresh Flowers
All of our flowers are processed and treated with preservatives to provide they last through the entirety of your event.

All hand-tied bouquets are delivered in a water source. Creative TOUCH is not responsible for wilting flowers due to the climate of your event. If you are considering an outside event please ask us for advice on the flower selection that will best fit your event.
